The Změ project allows citizens to actively participate in the process of making their city a better place. Anyone who notices a problem to do with public transport, roads and sidewalks, cleaning and greenery, or lights in the city can easily let the local authorities know about it. Whether it is a vandalised bench, a faulty street light or plants that need watering, municipal staff can make sure the problem gets fixed quickly. People also have the opportunity to give positive feedback and evaluate local services.
